Specialization – You are not going to be paid for everything that you can do

At this point you should have identified a list of items, activities and/or a set of skills that you like, are good at or which you are interested in.

If you are at this stage, kudos!

The next step is to narrow down your list to something you can specialize in. In this stage, it is important to remember that you are not going to be paid for everything that you can do. Thus, you need to identify a particular field or set of skills that you want to learn more about, specialize in, grow and become a star in.

You can do this by using an elimination method where you can research and evaluate which fields of specialization are both lucrative and appealing to you.

Chapter 2

There are 3 Types Of Commodities

Once you have identified what value you can offer, there are 3 types of commodities that you can create and which businesses used to solve problems. These are Physical products, services, and digital products.

Physical Products

These are tangible items that can be seen, divided, stored and exchange ownership. They are exchanged for money. They are everyday products we buy and use: clothes, food, cars, furniture, phones and many more.

Services

These are intangible products that can neither be seen, stored, divided or change ownership. They are however offered as work in an expert manner by individuals or groups. They include; cleaning, accounting, transportation, training and many more.

Digital Products

These are products that are created, distributed, stored and consumed on digital devices. Some examples are eBooks, webinars, checklists, and courses.

In this chapter, you will learn how to build a beautiful, strong brand that not only shines the proper light on your product and services but also attract the right clients. When starting a business, most entrepreneurs will have an idea of what they want to do and a solution that they can offer. They get very excited by the fact that they are pursuing something worthwhile and are finally doing something that they own or believe in.

However, most entrepreneurs get discouraged when they realize that they know little to nothing about setting up a business with a strong brand.

That’s why in this chapter we will teach you effective and trendy branding tactics, tips and resources that will empower you to create a strong world class brand. First, congratulations on getting this far. Most people, let fear hold them back. I included, doubted myself when I finally got to the point where I had to start taking action on my dreams. It was scary because I had to do something different, something new. Something that was outside my comfort zone!

At some point, I realized that my heart wouldn’t quit pushing me to explore my dreams, my personal legend (A reference from the book: The Alchemist.) If you are at this point, take action! Move forward even though it might be scary. You have identified what you can do well and what problem you can solve with that skill.

This is the most important chapter in this book because it gives you what you need to finally actualize your idea into a full business that can start creating real impact and bringing in real money.
